The October 1st opening date for the live events/exhibitions industry was delayed by the Government, with no new date set. This industry is worth a massive £70billion to the UK Economy, and over 600,000 jobs.

Venue all over the world have also been lighting up red in solidarity with the #WeMakeEvents Campaigns. #LightItInRed

"Over 1300 industry professionals and supporters assembled today at in Parliament Square, London for the Stand As One Creative Demonstration.

Our voices were silent, but our message was loud and clear - The UK events sector urgently needs government support to survive the COVID-19 crisis!"
